Hello again!
Today is the last day of the kids holidays so we made sure it was a good one and spent it at the beach. It's been glorious - blue sky, not too hot - just a soft breeze and a beautiful warm ocean....am I making you jealous?
Time for another Colour Q challenge - Valentine's Day is just around the corner and it's the perfect combo for something romantic:
Having said that, since I haven't got a romantic bone in my body, I decided to make another baby girl card. I've used the latest CAS(E) This Sketch and I'm also going to enter it in this month's challenge over at Mama Elephant, since the colours are very photo in the inspiration photo. I've used a couple of their stamps....Nursery Deco and the spotty background from Basic Borders.
Hope you have time to join in with some challenges this week! Happy stamping!
Claire x
I've just been through all your recent blog entries - fabulous work. You've certainly been busy. I am so jealous as I seem to have completely mislaid my mojo somewhere - probably off basking in some sunshine somewhere, we've had so little of that lately.
ReplyDeleteAnyway I'm off to your part of the world in 2 weeks so looking forward to some sunshine there although I hope it won't be anywhere near 40 degrees when I get there !!!
Claire this is such a sweet scene, excellent paper piecing!
ReplyDeleteI think you prolly made a lot of people a wee bit grumpy as well as jealous, Claire! I just saw that everyone freaked out and there was gridlock in Atlanta over a couple inches of snow, yikes! Your sweet baby card is such a unique and adorable design!! Hugs, Darnell
