Altenew Celebrating Parents Card Drive 2023 Blog Hop + Giveaway ($200 in Total Prizes)

 

Altenew is spreading the love one card at a time with their annual Celebrating Parents Card Drive. Their goal is to send cards to the elderly that live in nursing homes or shelters and let them know they're not forgotten. Help support this great cause by sending in your handmade cards so that Altenew can help these people feel loved and celebrated!

They've even handpicked a few Altenew products that are perfect for your Mother's Day and Father's Day cards (and other year-round crafting projects!)  Check out the collection HERE. They'll donate $1 with every order of the products included in this collection from 2/28/2023 until 5/14/2023 to the Food Bank of Central New York to support seniors in need. 

For my card I used the Meadow Burst Layering Stencil with a sentiment from the XOXO & More Die Set. I smothered the die cut in gold embossing powder and I wanted to add some more texture so I dry embossed the panel with the Majestic Bloom 3D Embossing Folder.  A scattering of gold and cream sequins added a little shine.
