Hi folks,
I'm delighted to be guest designer at CASology for their latest challenge. The cue card is: Type:
I do like it when the cue card is quite specific - I knew exactly which set to ink up for it: Mama Elephant's Type It featuring a very old fashioned typewriter. Remember those? Probably not if you're under 40. I showed it to my youngest and he said 'oh that's a typer from the old days' making me feel about 90!
The ink splashes underneath are a combination of PTI and Your Next Stamp - a trio of enamel dots and it was done.
There's 3 weeks to get inky for this one so no excuses not to join in!
Happy stamping!
Claire
Love the colour combo on here Claire. Great make!
ReplyDeleteI was quite quick across a typewriter even though untrained - spent a lot of time doing not only my own arrest and summons reports but ended up with a lot of the men's too. I did it cos it was painful to watch them using one finger and I didn't want to listen to the noise of them banging the keys down not to mention the cursing! x
Fab to have you as GD Claire and your card is just perfect! Naturally I remember the typewriters!! I do love how the splashes you used add a lovely flow to the card and this works also with the enamel dots..you know they are my fav!! So good to have you with us xx
ReplyDeleteLove the inky splats of color and fabulous typewriter, Claire! It's great having you guest design with us this month at CASology!
