Freshly Made MFT

 Hello, hello,

Freshly Made Sketches are continuing their celebrations with their 400th sketch and I particularly like the one they've created for this week's challenge:

I've used it with the colours at My Favourite Things but changed it to a portrait card instead of landscape. I've used one of Santa's Elves with paper from MFT's Sweet Celebration Paper Pack

Happy stamping!

Revisiting a Freshly Made Sketch

Hello fellow inkers!

Freshly Made Sketches are still celebrating reaching 400 sketches by revisiting some of their past ones. This week it's their 300th:

I remember this one first time around - you can see how I was inspired a couple of years ago here. This latest one is still clean and simple but I used a couple of MFT die cut frames and a vellum panel instead of using stamps. The butterfly die from Stamplorations has been coloured using alcohol inks on yupo.  It looked a little too clean on the plain white cardstock so I added some stencilling to the background with a sprinkle of clear glitter and a pop of pink sequins.

Happy stamping and thanks for calling by,

Freshly Made's 400th Sketch!

Hello folks!

Can you believe that one of my favourite challenges, Freshly Made Sketches,  are celebrating their 400th sketch this week? They've gone right back to the start with their first ever sketch:

I wanted it to look clean and simple, with lots of white space so kept one of the blooms uncoloured and added an embossed strip to the base card stock.  The shapes are different but you can still see how I've used the sketch!

Thanks for popping by,

MFT Colour Challenge #122

Hello fellow inkers!

Here's another shaker card for MFT's Colour Challenge:

I've used Pure Innocence Warmest Wishes and made the shaker using a Rectangle Shaker Pouch and Shaker Window. The flags are Die-namics Fishtail flags. I normally use sequins for my shaker cards but this time added some chunky glitter instead - I like the added sparkle it gives!

Happy stamping!
